Farm-to-Table Seasonal Menu Logic Kitchen Sync workflow

Context

Farm‑to‑table kitchens needed a way to react quickly to changing ingredient availability and prices without manually checking spreadsheets, recalculating variance, or chasing staff with informal messages.

Approach

Built a single Make.com scenario that watches farmer availability forms, validates unit price, looks up last week’s price, computes variance and contribution margin, and routes each submission into LIMITED SUPPLY, PRICE SPIKE, or STANDARD paths, each with its own Trello labeling, alerts, and inventory logging, plus error handling for missing prices.

  1. Watch Farmer Availability Submission
  2. Validation Route
  3. Handle Form Error
  4. Log Error - Missing Unit Price
