Context
Off-the-shelf portfolio templates could not show automation work the way it actually looks: nodes, edges, and signals moving through workflows. The site needed to sell that craft visually while staying fast, accessible, and easy to browse across 70+ case studies.
Approach
Directed Claude Code through the full build: a token-driven design system (dark and light), an interactive canvas workflow graph as the hero, a data layer that derives platform filters from each project's tool stack, kinetic typography with reduced-motion fallbacks, and an n8n-webhook chat assistant. Shipped through repeated design and performance audits until desktop Lighthouse hit 100 across the board.
